Automatic Blending System/Flow Balancer

The Automatic Blending System, also known as a Flow Balancer, is a precision device used in milling, grain, and food‑processing plants to proportionally mix bulk granular materials such as wheat, rice, barley, corn, and lentils. It uses load‑cell weighing and an automatic gate to maintain a consistent flow rate and blend ratio per set recipe. Operators can input desired kg/hour or percentage ratios via a terminal or control system, and the device continuously meters the raw materials.
