Damage Starch Analyser SD Cheq 15000
The SD Cheq 15000 is a fast and precise damaged‑starch analyzer that determines starch damage using just 1 g of flour. It uses an electrochemical (amperometric) method to measure how much iodine the starch granules absorb, which correlates to starch damage. The device heats the analysis solution to a standard 35 °C, automatically adds the sample, and records the current drop as iodine is absorbed. Results are displayed in multiple units (AI %, UCD, UCDc, AACC, Farrand) on a 5″ color touchscreen. This makes it ideal for mills and bakeries to optimize roller settings, dough behavior, and final baking quality.
