Gluten Cheq 6100
The Gluten Cheq 6100 is a high-precision wet gluten analyzer made by Bastak. It determines the amount of wet gluten in two flour or grain‑based samples (e.g. wheat flour, durum flour, bulgur, semolina) simultaneously in just 5 minutes. Using international ICC standard methods, it kneads the sample with a 2% salt‑water solution, then washes it to isolate gluten by removing starch and other water-soluble proteins. With microprocessor control, membrane technology, and an LCD display, it delivers fast, reliable, and accurate gluten data for quality‑control labs, bakeries, and processing plants.
